All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or dissatisfaction. We will only issue a replacement or refund for products that are provably defective upon arrival.
Kratom is a natural botanical product, and its effects can vary widely from person to person. Just like all the natural products we have to offer, like CBD and THC. Factors such as individual body chemistry, tolerance, and sensitivity can influence how these natural products are experienced. Because these responses are unique and cannot be predicted, we cannot guarantee that any product will have the same effect for every customer.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal reactions, including claims that a product “made you sick” or did not produce the desired effect. We encourage customers to do their own research and start out buying a small amount of a few different strains to see what works for you.
To request a defective-item review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the defect.
